Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is dominant follicle noted in the both ovaries as mentioned.
2.Measurement wise the follicle size is with in the limits - the cutoff for follicle is 13mm minimum.
3.There is nothing one can say in an ultrasound about tubal block unless obstruction and dilatation of the tubes are seen.
4.The follicle is ruptured no its recommended to have intercourse - which will increase the possibilities to conceive.
5.If you have known to tubal block on one side - you can still have chance to conceive from the other side.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
